Core Return Guidelines​​

Timely Returns

Cores must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice
-
Cores returned outside this window may result in partial or no core credit
Core Conditions:
To qualify for a refund, the returned core must:

Be the same make, model and OEM part number as the purchased turbocharger. Aftermarket cores must be pre-approved before being considered for refund
-
Be complete and intact, including all housings, wheels, and actuators (if applicable)
-
Be in rebuildable condition. No cracks, fire or water damage, severe corrosion, broken or missing housings, damaged or stripped threads, broken studs, aftermarket modifications, or damage or deformities caused by improper removal

Not have been previously disassembled or tampered with
-
Be properly drained of oil and fluids before shipment
Packaging and Shipping Your Core

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Collect shipments will not be accepted
-
Use sturdy packaging with sufficient padding to prevent damage during shipping. Improperly packaged cores may result in partial or no refunds

Clearly mark the package as “CORE RETURN” and include our Core Return Form

Inspection and Credit Processing

Upon receipt, cores will be inspected to verify condition and refund eligibility
-
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of inspection

Refunds will be applied as a Credit on Account
-
If the core received does not meet our requirements, we may:

Approve a partial credit based on the condition of the core, or,
-
Reject the core as a “Run to Destruction” unit. Rejected cores can be returned upon request, at the customers expense
-
